Yes, short breaks can be booked during low and mid-season. To find out more about when you can book a short break, please email us hello@seaviewdevon.co.uk

What is the standard arrival/key collection time?

Check in Time is 4pm and Checkout time is 10:00am. We do have some flexibility but please let us know in advance if the times are an issue and we try to arrange the cleaning agency to come at different times.

Can I start my DeaView Holiday on any day of the week?

As a rule the standard holiday let arrival date (known as the Changeover day), is on a Friday. The standard Changeover day is highlighted green on the availability calendar within the booking page calendar.

Can I bring a dog(s)?

Unfortunately we don’t allow dogs

Is bed linen included within the price of my booking?

Beds at SeaView are made up with duvets and bed linen which is included in the booking price

Are towels included within the price of my holiday?

Towels are include in the price of the holiday. Please note these are bath towels and are not to be used at the beach.

Does the property have access to Wi-Fi?

Yes Wifi is included in your stay

Do I have to clean SeaView before I depart?

Please do leave SeaView clean and tidy at the end of your stay, which includes all equipment and utensils, please put out any rubbish into the appropriate black/blue/green wheelie bin. Please could you also strip the beds. For more information on your responsibilities as a customer please refer to our terms and conditions.

Does the property provide a cot and/or highchair?

Currently we don’t have a cot or highchair
